Three days of facilitated Shadow Work in a small, supportive group.
You may already understand quite a lot about yourself. Perhaps you’ve had therapy, read widely, attended workshops or spent time noticing the patterns that keep coming up.
Sometimes understanding a pattern isn’t enough to change your relationship with it. A Weekend Shadow Work Intensive gives you three days away from everyday routines to explore what is happening through more than conversation alone - using the body, emotions and imagination to understand your patterns differently and experiment with new ways of responding.

Start somewhere new Explore things differently
The weekend runs from Friday to Sunday, giving us time to settle into the work without trying to fit everything into a short session.
What you explore will depend on what you bring. That might include:
There is no set outcome you are expected to reach. The extended format simply gives you more time to stay with what comes up, while being supported by the facilitators and the group.
Take the time Stay with what matters
We work with a maximum of 8 participants and two experienced facilitators, so there is time and attention for each person’s process.
We begin by settling in, getting to know the group and introducing the principles and practical methods used in Shadow Work. There is time to understand how the weekend will work before anyone begins exploring personal material.
Saturday gives us the most uninterrupted time for individual Shadow Work. You’ll have opportunities to do your own work as well as witness and support other participants.
Depending on what you bring, we may use objects, movement, imagery and voice to explore different parts of your experience. You might speak from a younger part of yourself, an inner critic, or a part that has been trying to protect you.
Sunday gives us time to reflect on the weekend, make sense of what has come up and think about how you want to take the work back into everyday life.
Take it step by step The weekend unfolds gradually
Your Weekend Intensive includes:
"The profound care and skill our facilitators devoted to creating a safe and compassionate space guided me towards deep shifts that are still unfolding three months later. Sometimes this journey has felt mysterious, other times gruelling or inspiring. The self-knowledge and growth that Shadow Work is giving me is intense and purposeful."

A Weekend Intensive may suit you if you:
The intensive format can be particularly useful if you want to set aside a concentrated period of time for this work rather than fitting it around everyday life.
The weekend can be emotionally demanding and isn’t appropriate for everyone at every point in their life. If you’re currently in acute crisis or dealing with very recent trauma, more consistent therapeutic or medical support may be more appropriate first.

Consider what you need See if the format suits you
There isn’t a great deal you need to do beforehand, but a few practical steps help you arrive with the time and space to focus on the weekend.
We’ll send you full information about the venue, what to bring and what to expect once you’re registered. You don’t need to work out in advance exactly what you want to explore.
Get ready practically Come as you are
You may still be thinking about or processing parts of the weekend after you go home, so some follow-up support is included.
You’ll receive:
You may decide you want to continue with one-to-one Shadow Work, or the weekend may feel complete in itself. There is no expectation to book anything further.
Give it time Support continues afterwards
Working in a group is different from working one-to-one. Alongside doing your own Shadow Work, you’ll also have the opportunity to witness other participants doing theirs.
Seeing somebody else explore anger, grief, fear, boundaries or another part of their experience can sometimes bring a different perspective to your own. You can recognise things you share, notice where your experiences differ, and learn from how other people approach the work.
The group is small, and everyone arrives knowing that personal and sometimes vulnerable material may be explored. Respect, confidentiality and choice are important throughout the weekend.
Work alongside others Witness and be witnessed
No. You don’t need to be in crisis or have experienced major trauma. People come with all kinds of things they want to explore, including repeating patterns, relationships, boundaries, difficult emotions or simply wanting to understand themselves better.
No. You decide what you want to share. You will never be expected to disclose every detail of your story or explore something you do not want to explore.
The programme is designed as a complete Friday-to-Sunday experience, so you need to be available for the full weekend. If that isn’t possible this time, you may prefer to consider a future date or explore one-to-one Shadow Work instead.

Ask what you need Get the information first
It can be difficult to make space for personal work when everyday life keeps moving. Work, relationships, family and other responsibilities can easily take priority.
The Weekend Intensive creates a defined period of time away from those usual demands. For three days, you can give your attention to what you want to explore without having to fit it around everything else.
You don’t need to arrive wanting to reinvent your life. You only need something you feel is worth giving some proper time and attention to.
Make some space Give yourself time to explore
If you’re curious about the weekend but would like to talk it through first, you’re very welcome to book a discovery call.
We can talk about what you’re hoping to explore, answer any questions about the weekend and see whether the group format feels right for you.
“The Shadow Work weekend created space to explore a deeper and more honest relationship with myself. Understanding and attending to the parts of me that needed to be seen and heard with love and compassion has been transformational. The shift in how I relate to myself continues to integrate into how I live – and it is powerful.”
