Book Your Free Discovery Call

A free 30-minute call to talk about what has brought you here and whether Shadow Work might be a good fit.

What is a discovery call?

A discovery call is a free 30-minute conversation where we can get to know each other, talk about what has brought you to Shadow Work, and see whether working together feels right.

There’s no pressure to book anything afterwards. It’s simply a chance to ask questions, understand how the work works, and decide whether you’d like to take things further.

What we’ll talk about

We’ll use the half hour to understand what has brought you here and what you’re hoping for.

We might talk about:

You’re welcome to ask anything that would help you decide whether the work feels right for you.

Who these calls are for

A discovery call can be useful if you’re curious about Shadow Work but not yet sure whether it’s right for you.

You might recognise yourself if you:

You don’t need to know exactly what you want to work on before we speak.

How to prepare for your call

There’s no special preparation needed. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly how to explain what’s going on.

If it helps, you might think about:

Privacy: Please book your call for a time when you can speak freely and are unlikely to be interrupted.

Come as you are No need to have it figured out

How is Shadow Work different from therapy?

Therapy and Shadow Work can overlap, but the format is different.

In Shadow Work processes, we don’t only talk about a pattern. Depending on what you bring, we may also explore it through the body, movement, imagery, objects or different parts of yourself.

Many people use Shadow Work alongside therapy, while others come to it because they want to explore something in a different way. The discovery call is a good place to ask how the two approaches compare and whether Shadow Work might suit what you’re looking for.

Shadow Work coaching is not a replacement for psychotherapy or medical care.

After we speak: what happens next

At the end of the call, you can decide whether you’d like to take things further. There’s no obligation to book anything.

If it feels like a good fit, I can explain the next steps for one-to-one sessions or Weekend Intensives, including availability and pricing.

You’re welcome to book straight away or take some time to think about it. Either is completely fine.

Common questions about discovery calls

Is the call really free?
Yes. The discovery call is completely free and there’s no obligation to book anything afterwards.

What if I’m not sure I’m ready?
That’s fine. You don’t need to feel certain before booking a call. We can talk about where you are now and whether Shadow Work feels appropriate.

Can I book a call just to learn more?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to book simply because you have questions and want to understand the work better.

Will I need to share difficult things?
No. You only need to share what feels comfortable. The call is mainly about understanding what you’re looking for, answering your questions and seeing whether we might be a good fit.
