Explore Shadow Work in the format that fits you best
Shadow Work can take different forms depending on what you want to explore, how deeply you want to go, and the kind of setting that feels right for you.
You might want the privacy and focus of a one-to-one session, the depth and shared experience of a Weekend Intensive, or explore the patterns affecting how you lead, speak up and relate to others at work.
Whichever route you choose, the work goes beyond simply understanding your patterns. We use mind, body, emotion and imagination to explore the parts of yourself that can be harder to access, and different ways of responding to what you find.
Let's have a conversation first⏵
Discover Possibilities Profound insight awaits
You may already have a good idea of why you react the way you do. You may have explored it through therapy, coaching, reading or your own self-reflection. But insight doesn’t always create change.
Shadow Work gives you a different way to explore what’s underneath. Rather than only talking about a pattern from the outside, you work with it through more than conversation alone - noticing what happens in your body, meeting the different parts of yourself involved, and discovering what they may be trying to protect or express.
The format changes depending on how we work together, but the intention is the same: to move beyond simply knowing your patterns and to understand what is happening beneath them and relate to those parts of yourself with more curiosity and compassion.
You remain in control of what you choose to explore. We follow what feels important, while respecting your own pace and readiness.
Unravel Your Pattern Threads reveal truth
We’ll talk about what’s going on for you, but conversation is only one part of the process.
Depending on what we’re exploring, we might use objects or symbols to map out different parts of your experience. This can make patterns or relationships easier to see from a different perspective.
You may also be invited to notice what happens in your body, or to speak from different parts of yourself - perhaps an anxious part, an inner critic, or a part that usually gets pushed aside.
There is no particular response you are meant to have. The aim is simply to become more aware of what is happening and explore it with curiosity.
Inner Work Calls Body wisdom speaks
Every person brings something different.
You might be exploring anger you have learnt to hold back, difficulty setting boundaries, grief you have been carrying alone, or a fear or shame that keeps returning. At other times, the work may be about strengthening the parts of you that feel compassionate, confident or able to speak more clearly for what you need.
We don’t decide in advance what the session needs to achieve. We start with what is present for you and work from there.
Fear Becomes Freedom Transformation moment
If you want privacy, focused attention and enough time to stay with something properly, one-to-one work may be the best fit.
Sessions usually last 3–5 hours and can take place in person at my practice room in East Dulwich, London, or online. We begin with a short conversation beforehand so I understand what has brought you here and anything important you want me to know. After the session, we have a follow-up conversation to talk through anything that continues to unfold.
The session starts with what you want to bring. That might be a particular pattern, relationship, feeling or situation, or simply a sense that something feels stuck or unresolved. We work from there.
A first one-to-one session is £400–£600, depending on the rate that feels right for your circumstances. This includes the 3–5 hour session, a follow-up support call and email summaries.
If payment in full is difficult, you can split the cost into two payments, one month apart, with no additional fee. Package discounts are also available for ongoing work, offering a discount of up to 20% off.
You can see full details about how sessions work, who they suit and current pricing on the dedicated one-to-one page.

Trust the Journey Process unfolds naturally
If you would rather do this work in a small group and give yourself a longer stretch of uninterrupted time, a Weekend Intensive offers a different kind of experience.
The weekend runs from Friday to Sunday and includes around 25 hours of facilitated Shadow Work. Groups are kept small, with 6–8 participants and experienced facilitators supporting the work throughout.
You will have time for your own process, but also the chance to witness other people doing theirs. For some people, that shared experience brings a different perspective and a stronger sense of being supported in the work.
The weekend includes:
A Weekend Intensive is £575.
That includes the full three-day programme, meals and refreshments during the weekend, and the follow-up support call.
You can see upcoming dates, more about what happens over the weekend and whether the group format feels right for you on the dedicated Weekend Intensives page.

Invest in Growth Value yourself fully
Some people arrive because one part of life feels especially stuck.
You might be struggling with confidence, boundaries or visibility at work. Or you may feel generally stuck, flat or caught in patterns that no longer make sense.
Those are not separate kinds of Shadow Work, but they can be useful ways into the work.
If the same patterns keep showing up at work - difficulty speaking up, claiming authority, setting boundaries or stepping into leadership - you can explore how Shadow Work applies in a professional context.

You may know what needs to change and still feel stuck in the same thoughts, reactions or situations. Shadow Work can help you explore that pattern and reset it in a way that might help you move forward differently.
